Welcome to the Hankook Damage Guarantee 365 Application and Claim Creation Platform.
When you click 'Apply with new invoice' on the left menu, you will complete your registration related to an invoice by simply uploading the invoice of your purchased product/products.
If you have more than one invoice, please upload them one by one.
Once you have applied with an invoice that has been accepted and you experience damage with a tyre that is present in the relevant invoice you can slct “New damage claim” on the left menu and you will reach the claim form once you press the “Claim” button.
In the menus 'Application Status’’ and ‘’Status of Damage Claims' you can view the evaluation stage of your application and the evaluation results of any claim submitted.
