1. About the Campaign
Hankook Tire provides additional damage guarantee coverage for eligible new Hankook-branded truck tires.
The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE covers accidental damage that renders the tire unusable, provided that the damage meets the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the campaign becomes active following approval by the local Hankook Tire & Technology sales representative.
The guarantee is valid for one year from the invoice date.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To benefit from the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The participant must be an end user or fleet customer who purchases eligible Hankook tires from a local premium Hankook Tire partner.
- The purchase invoice must be uploaded to the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE website at www.hankook365.com.
- The tire registration must be completed before any damage occurs.
- A damage claim must be submitted after the date on which the damage occurs.
- The invoice must include the relevant tire specifications, including tire size, pattern, LI/SS, DOT number, serial number and barcode number.
- Participation becomes active following approval by the local Hankook sales representative.
3. Eligible Products
The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE applies to new Hankook truck tires in the Regional/Hybrid range, sold and distributed by Hankook Tire Romania.
Rim sizes:
17.5”, 19.5”, 22.5”
Eligible patterns:
Smartflex AH11, AH22, AH31, AH33, AH35, AH51, AL20, AL20w, AL22, AL50, AL51, DH05, DH31, DH33, DH35, DH51, DL10+, DL20w, DL22, DL50, DL51, TH22, TH31, TL20
The guarantee applies only to new tires. Retreaded or regrooved tires are not eligible.
4. Invoice Registration Process
The application process consists of the following steps:
Purchase of the Product
The participant purchases an eligible new Hankook truck tire from a local premium Hankook Tire partner.
Registration of the Invoice
The participant must register the purchase at www.hankook365.com and upload the relevant purchase invoice.
The registration must be completed before any damage occurs.
The invoice must clearly contain the relevant tire specifications, including:
- Tire size,
- Pattern,
- LI/SS,
- DOT number,
- Serial number,
- Barcode number.
Review of the Registration
The registration becomes active following approval by the local Hankook Tire & Technology sales representative.
Incomplete or unverifiable registrations may not qualify for compensation.
Activation of the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee
The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE becomes active once the relevant registration has been approved.
The guarantee is valid for one year from the invoice date.
Submission of a Damage Claim
A damage claim may only be submitted after the damage has occurred.
The claim must include all information and documentation requested in the applicable damage claim form.
An incomplete damage claim will not qualify for compensation.
5. Purpose and Scope of the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee
The purpose of the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE is to provide financial protection against accidental damage that renders the tire unusable.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, eligible damage includes:
- Punctures
- Cuts
To qualify for compensation, the tire must be determined to be technically beyond repair.
6. Exclusions from Guarantee Coverage
The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE does not cover:
- Mounting, dismounting or balancing costs for the damaged tire or replacement tire,
- Damage caused by fire or hydrocarbons,
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use or abusive use,
- Noise, vibration, wear, handling or drivability-related issues,
- Theft or attempted theft,
- Financial losses suffered during or following tire damage,
- Quotation or replacement costs incurred without the prior approval of Hankook or a company acting on behalf of Hankook,
- Tires showing abnormal wear resulting from use that does not comply with applicable operating standards, including load capacity and speed index,
- Tires with wear exceeding the applicable legal limits, for example a remaining tread depth below 1.6 mm where applicable,
- Damage to the vehicle or damage caused to third parties,
- Damage caused by natural disasters,
- Tires involved in a road traffic accident,
- Damage caused by vandalism,
- Tires with a missing or illegible serial number, DOT number or barcode number,
- Retreaded or regrooved tires.
7. Damage Claim and Assessment Process
The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE is valid for one year from the invoice date, provided that the tire was registered before the damage occurred.
When submitting a damage claim, all required information and documentation must be provided in full.
The purchase must be supported by a valid invoice uploaded to the HANKOOK365 website.
The invoice must include the relevant tire specifications, including tire size, pattern, LI/SS, DOT number, serial number and barcode number.
Hankook reserves the right to inspect the damaged tire within one month of receiving the relevant information.
Incomplete claims, or claims where the tire cannot be identified by serial number, DOT number or barcode number, will not qualify for compensation.
8. Compensation Rates
Following technical assessment, if the damaged tire is determined to be beyond repair, the compensation amount will be calculated based on the purchase invoice value excluding taxes and tire mounting costs.
The applicable compensation rate is determined according to the period in which the tire is damaged:

The calculation is based on the invoice uploaded for the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE.
9. Payment Process
Once the damage claim has been reviewed and approved by Hankook, and provided that the claim meets the applicable eligibility and exclusion requirements, payment will be made to the eligible beneficiary/end user within 8–10 weeks.
The financial compensation will be calculated based on the end user’s purchase price as evidenced by the invoice uploaded to the website.
10. General Provisions
The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE ends or does not apply:
- Upon expiry of the one-year guarantee period,
- If the tire disappears or is destroyed,
- If the tire cannot be identified by its serial number, DOT number or barcode number,
- If the claim is incomplete,
- If the tire or damage falls within any of the exclusions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the campaign requires a valid purchase invoice uploaded to www.hankook365.com.
The invoice must include the relevant tire specifications and identification details.
Important Reminders
- Make sure that the invoice you upload is valid, complete and clearly legible.
- To benefit from the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee, complete your invoice registration within the timeframe and in accordance with the requirements specified in the Campaign Terms and Conditions.
- Only eligible products and damage specified in the Campaign Terms and Conditions may be considered for coverage under the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee.
- All information and documentation required for invoice registration and damage claims must be provided accurately and completely.
- Missing, incorrect or invalid information or documentation may result in your invoice registration or damage claim being rejected.
- The provisions specified in the Campaign Terms and Conditions apply to the scope and validity period of the guarantee, compensation rates, exclusions and payment process.
