1. About the Campaign

HANKOOK PROVIDES ADDITIONAL WARRANTY COVERAGE FOR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE TO ITS TIRES

Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. provides additional damage guarantee coverage for eligible new Hankook truck and bus tires, starting from the invoice date.

The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE covers accidental, irreparable damage that renders the tire unusable, provided that the damage meets the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

The campaign applies to eligible products purchased between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To benefit from the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The participant must be a transport company with its registered office in the Czech Republic or Slovakia that purchases eligible Hankook truck and bus tires from an official sales partner of Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
  • Eligible Hankook truck and bus tires must be R17.5 or larger.
  • Eligible products must be purchased between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.
  • The invoice for the purchased products must be registered within 15 business days of the invoice date via www.hankook365.com, by completing the relevant invoice registration form and uploading the purchase invoice.
  • As part of the registration process, the participant must read and accept the Campaign Terms and Conditions and the applicable GDPR/privacy information.
  • Only a valid purchase invoice showing the purchased Hankook tires will be accepted as proof of purchase. Delivery notes or other documents will not be accepted in place of a valid purchase invoice.

3. Eligible Products

The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE applies to new Hankook truck and bus tires in size R17.5 and larger, purchased from official sales partners of Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.

The guarantee applies exclusively to new tires.

Regrooved or retreaded tires are not eligible for the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE.

4. Invoice Registration Process

The application process consists of the following steps:

Purchase of the Product

Eligible Hankook truck and bus tires must be purchased from an official sales partner of Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. in the Czech Republic or Slovakia between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.

Registration of the Invoice

Within 15 business days of the invoice date, the participant must register the purchase via www.hankook365.com by completing the relevant invoice registration form and providing the required information, including:

  • First name and surname,
  • Country,
  • Email address,
  • Invoice number.

The relevant purchase invoice must also be uploaded to the system.

To complete the registration, the participant must read and accept the Campaign Terms and Conditions and the applicable GDPR/privacy information.

Validity of the Invoice

Only a valid purchase invoice issued between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026, clearly showing the purchased Hankook tires and all required invoice information, will be accepted as proof of purchase.

Delivery notes or other documents submitted instead of a valid purchase invoice will not be accepted.

Activation of the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee

The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE is valid for one year from the invoice date, provided that the purchase has been duly registered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

A damage claim may only be submitted for a purchase supported by a registered invoice.

Submission of a Damage Claim

In the event of damage that may qualify for coverage under the guarantee, a damage claim must be submitted via the online form available at www.hankook365.com.

The damage claim form must include the required information, including:

  • Country,
  • Invoice number,
  • Email address,
  • Serial number of the damaged tire,
  • Tire size,
  • Name/pattern of the damaged tire.

The following photographs must also be uploaded:

  • Photograph of the DOT area,
  • Photograph of the sidewall showing the tire size and tread pattern name,
  • Photograph showing the damage from the outside,
  • Photograph showing the damage from the inside.

To submit the claim, the applicant must read and accept the Campaign Terms and Conditions and the applicable GDPR/privacy information.

Claims submitted without a registered invoice will not be accepted.

5. Purpose and Scope of the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee

The purpose of the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE is to provide compensation, subject to the rates and conditions set out herein, for accidental and irreparable damage to a new tire that renders the tire unusable and no longer suitable for driving.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, coverage applies to accidental damage resulting from punctures and penetrations.

To qualify for compensation, the damaged tire must be determined to be beyond repair following technical assessment.

6. Exclusions from Guarantee Coverage

The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE does not cover:

  • Mounting, dismounting or balancing costs for either the tire covered by the campaign or the replacement tire,
  • Tire damage caused by fire or contact with hydrocarbons,
  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation or incorrect/inappropriate use, including, for example, the use of tires intended for regional road or long-haul highway operation on construction sites or off-road,
  • Complaints relating to noise, vibration, wear, handling or driving characteristics,
  • Theft or damage resulting from attempted theft,
  • Any damage, loss, injury or financial loss arising during or following the tire damage,
  • Quoted or incurred costs relating to the replacement or repair of the tire without the prior approval of Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. or another company responsible for providing this service on its behalf,
  • Tires showing, on the date of the damage, wear resulting from use that does not comply with applicable operating requirements, including load capacity and speed rating,
  • Tires with a remaining tread depth below 2 mm,
  • Regrooved or retreaded tires,
  • Damage to the vehicle or damage caused to third parties,
  • Tire damage caused by natural events or natural disasters,
  • Damage resulting from a road traffic accident,
  • Damage resulting from vandalism,
  • Tires with a removed or illegible serial number, DOT number or barcode number,
  • Tires that have been lost, disappeared or destroyed.

7. Damage Claim and Assessment Process

The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE provided by Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. is valid for one year from the invoice date, provided that the purchase has been duly registered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The purchase must be evidenced by a valid purchase invoice registered in the system.

When submitting a damage claim, all information and documentation requested in the claim form must be provided in full, including the required tire identification information and photographs specified in Section 4.

A registered damage claim will be reviewed and verified within 15 business days, and the customer will be notified of the assessment status by email.

Claims submitted without a registered invoice will not be accepted.

Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. reserves the right to physically inspect the damaged tire within one month of a properly reported and registered damage claim.

8. Compensation Rates

Following technical inspection of the damaged tire, if the tire is determined to be beyond repair and the claim is approved under the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE, the financial compensation amount will be calculated based on the original invoiced tire price excluding VAT and service costs.

The applicable compensation rate is determined according to the period between the purchase date of the damaged tire, as evidenced by the invoice, and the date of submission of the damage claim form:

Mounting, dismounting, balancing and other service costs are excluded from the compensation calculation.

9. Payment Process

The HANKOOK365 campaign is administered by a campaign management agency based in Türkiye.

Approved compensation payments will be processed through the official sales partner of Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. from whom the tire was purchased.

Once a damage claim has been approved, the customer will receive an email containing the outcome of the assessment and a summary of the approved compensation amount.

In order for the payment to be processed, the customer will be required to issue an invoice for the exact approved compensation amount to the official sales partner of Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. from whom the tire was purchased. The sales partner will subsequently invoice the same amount to Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o.

Payment to the eligible customer/end user will be made within 30–60 days following approval of the compensation claim, subject to receipt of the required invoice.

10. General Provisions

The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE shall expire or shall not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Upon expiry of the one-year guarantee period calculated from the invoice date,
  • If the purchase has not been duly registered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions,
  • If a damage claim is submitted without a registered purchase invoice,
  • If the tire is lost, disappears or is destroyed,
  • If the tire does not meet the eligibility requirements or falls within any of the exclusions set out in Section 6.

Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. reserves the right to physically inspect a tire in connection with a duly reported and registered damage claim.

Participation in the campaign and registration of a purchase under the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE constitute confirmation that the participant has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the applicable GDPR/privacy information.

Important Reminders
  • Make sure that the invoice you upload is valid, complete and clearly legible.
  • To benefit from the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee, complete your invoice registration within the timeframe and in accordance with the requirements specified in the Campaign Terms and Conditions.
  • Only eligible products and damage specified in the Campaign Terms and Conditions may be considered for coverage under the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee.
  • All information and documentation required for invoice registration and damage claims must be provided accurately and completely.
  • Missing, incorrect or invalid information or documentation may result in your invoice registration or damage claim being rejected.
  • The provisions specified in the Campaign Terms and Conditions apply to the scope and validity period of the guarantee, compensation rates, exclusions and payment process.
