Joining the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee campaign and benefiting from the guarantee is simple. By following the steps below, you can quickly and easily complete your invoice registration and, in the event of damage, submit your damage claim online.
Registration Steps
Register Your Invoice
Enter your purchase information, upload your valid invoice, and complete your registration by accepting the Campaign Terms and Conditions.
Your Invoice Registration Is Reviewed
Your invoice registration is reviewed for compliance with the campaign requirements, and the assessment result is sent to your e-mail address.
Submit a Damage Claim
If damage occurs that may qualify for coverage under the guarantee, submit your damage claim online by providing the required tire information and uploading photographs of the damage.
Your Damage Claim Is Assessed
Your damage claim and the documents you have submitted are reviewed. If necessary, additional information or documentation, or a physical inspection of the damaged tire, may be requested.
Receive the Assessment Result
It is determined whether the damage is covered by the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee. For approved claims, the financial compensation amount is calculated according to the applicable compensation rate, and the result is communicated by e-mail.
Receive Your Payment
Financial compensation for your approved damage claim is paid in accordance with the payment process and timeframes specified in the Campaign Terms and Conditions for the relevant country.
Important Reminders
- Register your invoice within the timeframe and in accordance with the requirements specified in the Campaign Terms and Conditions for the relevant country.
- The uploaded invoice must be valid, complete and clearly legible, and must clearly show the eligible products purchased.
- Only products specified in the Campaign Terms and Conditions for the relevant country are eligible for the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee.
- All information and documentation required for invoice registration and damage claims must be provided accurately and completely.
- Missing, incorrect or invalid information or documentation may result in your invoice registration or damage claim being rejected or not accepted.
