Terms and Conditions HANKOOK DENMARK CASHBACK CAMPAIGN
1. Beneficiary:
Transport fleet that has purchased Hankook brand tires from Supoer Dӕk Service
or a Retailer after confirmation from NDI and Hankook.
2. Campaign period:
HANKOOK ROMANIA CASHBACK CAMPAIGN, offered by Hankook Tires, is a campaign that rewards purchases made from May 31, 2024 to July 21, 2024.
3. Requirements to access the campaign:
As proof of the purchase made, only the purchase invoice showing the purchased Hankook brand tires will be accepted. Delivery notes or any other document other than a purchase invoice from the tire supplier, in which all the data appears legibly, will not be valid.
An invoice with a minimum purchase of 6 truck tires of the dimensions included in the campaign and of the Hankook brand will be an essential condition to access the campaign.
4. Products included in Hankook Cashback:
All Hankook brand tires with rim R22.5 will benefit from the Hankook Cashback campaign. The payment to be received on the tire purchased as specified below:

5. Operation for the Registration of invoices
To be able to benefit from the campaign the customer must register their invoice from the invoice date until June 30, 2024 on the platform created for the management of Hankook Cashback Campaign (https://www.hankook365.com). Once it has been verified that the purchase invoice corresponds to Supoer Dӕk Service or a Retailer after confirmation from NDI and Hankook, the quantities will be counted, and the payment will be made within the next 30 business days after the finish date of the campaign. It is essential that the client accepts the processing of their personal data.
If a fleet customer purchase direct by NDI (big fleet customer) and upload NDI invoice, payment will made after confirmation from Hankook Germany.

Terms and Conditions HANKOOK PORTUGAL CASHBACK CAMPAIGN
1. Beneficiary:
The FleetCashback365 campaign is focused to Hankook tires purchased by fleets. All fleets purchasing tires to a Premium Hankook Dealer can use the Hankook FleetCashback campaign. Only tires purchased to a Portugal Hankook Premium Dealer will be included in this action.
The Hankook Premium Dealer will offer to his customers (fleets) “Hankook Discounts”. These Hankook Discounts have a different amount in euros depending the quantity of tires purchased and the rim mounted (see the rebate table).
2. Campaign period:
Invoices with invoice date from from April 16, 2024 to June 30, 2024
3. Rebates FLEETCASHBACK365
Minimum purchase of 6 tires rim 22.5 à 15€ rebate per tire
Minimum purchase of 12 tires rim 22.5 à 20€ rebate per tire
Minimum purchase of 6 tires rim 17.5 à 10€ rebate per tire
Minimum purchase of 6 tires rim 19.5 à 10€ rebate per tire
4. Requirements to access the campaign:
Purchases in R22.5 tires generate Hankook Discounts for R22.5 tires, and purchases in R17.5 and R19.5 tires generate Hankook Discounts for R17.5 and R19.5 tires; they cannot be exchanged or mixed. Only one Hankook Discount can be applied per tire.
Any Hankook Discounts that exceed the discounts generated by the Hankook Premium Distributor will NOT be paid by Hankook and will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the dealer.
The Hankook Premium Dealer will be responsible to offering and determining which user/customer he want to offer the Hankook Discounts to, without exceeding the number of discounts generated with their purchases in the previous campaign.
5. Operation for the Registration of invoices
The end user or fleet, in order to benefit from the rebate, must upload their invoice to the Hankook365 platform ((https://www.hankook365.co from the invoice date until July 15, 2024 and will receive the refund for this campaign in the periods defined in the campaign.
Payments to fleets will be done when the FleetCashback365 Campaign finishes in a period of 30 days.
Hankook Discounts expire on June 30, 2024 and those not used are not accumulated for future actions, neither can they be exchanged for any other type of compensation.

1. Beneficiary:
Tire workshop or transport fleet that has purchased Hankook brand tires from an OFFICIAL PREMIUM Hankook DISTRIBUTOR in Spain.
2. Campaign period:
HANKOOK ROMANIA CASHBACK CAMPAIGN, offered by Hankook Tires, is a campaign that rewards purchases made from March 15, 2024 to May 15, 2024.
3. Requirements to access the campaign:
As proof of the purchase made, only the purchase invoice showing the purchased Hankook brand tires will be accepted. Delivery notes or any other document other than a purchase invoice from the tire supplier, in which all the data appears legibly, will not be valid.
An invoice with a minimum purchase of 1 truck tire of the dimensions included in the campaign and of the Hankook brand will be an essential condition to access the campaign.
A maximum number of tires is established that a customer can benefit from monthly, this being 100 units per month.
4. Products included in Hankook Cashback:
All Hankook brand tires with rims R17.5, R19.5 and R22.5 will benefit from the Hankook Cashback campaign. The payment to be received depends on the tire purchased as specified below:

5. Operation for the Registration of invoices
The customer must register on the platform created for the management of Hankook Romania Cashback Campaign (https://www.hankook365.com), having a period of 15 business days from the invoice date to register their invoice and be able to benefit from the campaign. Once it has been verified that the purchase invoice corresponds to an Official Hankook Premium Reseller / Distributor in Romania, the quantities will be counted, and the payment will be made within the next 30 business days after the finish date of the campaign. It is essential that the client accepts the processing of their personal data.

The FleetCashback365 campaign is focused to Hankook tires purchased by fleets. All fleets purchasing tires to a Premium Hankook Dealer can use the Hankook FleetCashback campaign. Only tires purchased to a Spain Hankook Premium Dealer will be included in this action.
