The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE is an additional damage guarantee provided by Hankook for eligible new Hankook-branded regional and long-haul truck tires, covering accidental damage that renders the tire unusable.

Provided that the applicable registration and eligibility requirements are met, the guarantee is valid for 365 days from the invoice date.

The campaign applies to eligible products purchased between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.

The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE is valid for each eligible product for 365 days from the invoice date, provided that the purchase invoice has been registered in the system within 15 days of the invoice date and before any damage occurs, and the registration has been approved.

The campaign applies to the following new regional and long-haul truck tires distributed through Hankook Tire Budapest Kft.:

19.5” size:
TH31, TL20/TL50 (only in sizes 435/50R19.5 and 445/45R19.5)

22.5” size:
AH51, DH51, TH31, AL50, DL50, AL51, DL51, TL20/TL50

Regrooved or retreaded tires are not eligible for the campaign.

End users and fleet customers who purchase eligible Hankook truck tires from an authorized Hankook truck tire dealer for use in transportation activities in Hungary may participate in the campaign.

To benefit from the campaign, the purchase and invoice registration must meet the requirements set out in the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

The invoice registration must be completed within 15 days of the invoice date and before any damage occurs.

In the event of damage, the damage claim must be submitted within 15 days of the date of the incident via the online damage claim form available on the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE website.

A damage claim may only be submitted for products whose invoice registration has been approved by Hankook.

Accidental damage caused by external factors that renders the tire unusable and beyond repair may be considered for coverage under the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE.

Subject to the applicable guarantee conditions, this includes accidental damage such as punctures and cuts.

Whether a particular incident qualifies for coverage will be determined following the review of the damage claim.

The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE does not cover repairable damage; damage resulting from incorrect installation or improper/aggressive use; damage caused by contact with hydrocarbons; natural disasters; road traffic accidents; theft or attempted theft; vandalism; or intentional damage.

Tires with a remaining tread depth below the statutory minimum of 1.6 mm, tires showing abnormal wear due to improper use, damage to the vehicle or third parties, and mounting, dismounting and balancing costs are also excluded from coverage.

For the complete list of exclusions, please refer to the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee Campaign Terms and Conditions.

If the damaged tire is confirmed to be beyond repair and the damage is approved as eligible under the guarantee, compensation will be calculated based on the net tire price excluding VAT stated on the invoice.

The applicable compensation rate is determined according to the period between the invoice date and the date on which the damage occurred:

Time Elapsed from Invoice Date / Compensation Rate
01–30 days / 100%
31–120 days / 80%
121–180 days / 60%
181–270 days / 40%
271–365 days / 20%

Mounting, dismounting, balancing and other service costs are not included in the compensation calculation.

Once the damage claim has been reviewed, the beneficiary will be notified of the outcome by email.

If the claim is approved and the beneficiary is found eligible for compensation, payment will be made within 8–10 weeks following approval of the damage claim.

The amount payable will be calculated using the compensation rate applicable according to the period between the invoice date and the date of the damage.

The results of the invoice registration and damage claim assessments will be sent to the email address provided when the relevant application was submitted.

Invoice registrations are reviewed within 4 business days following submission. Damage claims are reviewed within 7 business days, provided that all applicable requirements have been met and all required information and documentation have been submitted in full.

During the assessment process, Hankook may request additional information or documentation or require an on-site inspection of the damaged tire. In such cases, the participant will be notified by email.

You can also track the current status of your application via the “TRACK MY APPLICATION” section on the www.hankook365.com website. Simply search for your application using the email address provided in the invoice registration or damage claim form and the invoice number registered in the system.
