The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE is an additional damage guarantee provided by Hankook for eligible new Hankook truck tires, covering accidental damage that renders the tire unusable.

Provided that the applicable registration and eligibility requirements are met, the guarantee is valid for one year from the invoice date.

The tire must be registered before any damage occurs, and participation becomes active after approval by the local Hankook sales representative.

The campaign applies to new Hankook truck tires in the Regional/Hybrid range, sold and distributed by Hankook Tire Romania.

Rim sizes: 17.5”, 19.5”, 22.5”

Eligible patterns are:
Smartflex AH11, AH22, AH31, AH33, AH35, AH51, AL20, AL20w, AL22, AL50, AL51, DH05, DH31, DH33, DH35, DH51, DL10+, DL20w, DL22, DL50, DL51, TH22, TH31, TL20.

Retreaded or regrooved tires are not eligible.

End users and fleet customers who purchase eligible Hankook tires from a local premium Hankook Tire partner may participate in the campaign.

Participation becomes active following approval by the local Hankook sales representative.

The source campaign rules do not specify a fixed number of days for invoice registration.

However, the tire registration must be completed before any damage occurs.

A damage claim must be submitted after the damage has occurred.

Accidental damage that renders the tire unusable may be considered for coverage.

Subject to the applicable conditions, this includes punctures and cuts.

The damaged tire must be determined to be technically beyond repair to qualify for compensation.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by fire or hydrocarbons, incorrect installation, improper or abusive use, natural disasters, road traffic accidents, vandalism, theft or attempted theft.

Tires showing abnormal wear, tires below the applicable legal tread-depth limit, and tires with missing or illegible serial, DOT or barcode numbers are also excluded.

Mounting, dismounting, balancing costs, vehicle damage, third-party damage and financial losses are also excluded.

If the tire is determined to be beyond repair, compensation is calculated based on the purchase invoice value excluding taxes and mounting costs.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved by Hankook, payment will be made to the eligible beneficiary/end user within 8–10 weeks.

The compensation amount is calculated based on the end user’s purchase price shown on the invoice uploaded to the website.

The result of your application assessment and any updates relating to the process will be sent to the email addressprovided when the application was submitted.

Where necessary, Hankook reserves the right to inspect the damaged tire within one month of receiving the relevant information.

You can also track the current status of your application via the “TRACK MY APPLICATION” section on the www.hankook365.com website. Simply search for your application using the email address provided in the invoice registration or damage claim form and the invoice number registered in the system.
