The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE is an additional damage guarantee provided by Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. for eligible new Hankook truck and bus tires. It covers accidental and irreparable damage that renders the tire unusable and no longer suitable for driving.

Provided that the applicable registration and eligibility requirements are met, the guarantee is valid for one year from the invoice date.

The campaign applies to eligible products purchased between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.

The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE is valid for one year from the invoice date, provided that the purchase has been duly registered in accordance with the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

The campaign applies to new Hankook truck and bus tires in size R17.5 and larger, purchased from official sales partners of Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.

Regrooved or retreaded tires are not eligible for the campaign.

Transport companies with their registered office in the Czech Republic or Slovakia that purchase eligible Hankook truck or bus tires from official sales partners of Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. in the Czech Republic or Slovakia may participate in the campaign.

To benefit from the campaign, the purchase and invoice registration must meet the requirements set out in the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

The invoice registration must be completed via www.hankook365.com within 15 business days of the invoice date.

In the event of damage, a damage claim must be submitted via the online damage claim form available at www.hankook365.com/damage-guarantee.

A damage claim may only be submitted for a purchase supported by a valid invoice that has previously been duly registered in the system.

Accidental and irreparable damage to a new tire that renders the tire unusable and no longer suitable for drivingmay be considered for coverage under the HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE.

Subject to the applicable Campaign Terms and Conditions, this includes damage resulting from punctures and penetrations.

Whether a particular incident qualifies for coverage will be determined following the technical assessment of the damage claim.

The HANKOOK365 DAMAGE GUARANTEE does not cover damage caused by fire or hydrocarbons, incorrect installation or incorrect/inappropriate use, natural events or disasters, road traffic accidents, vandalism, theft or attempted theft.

Tires with a remaining tread depth below 2 mm, regrooved or retreaded tires, tires with a removed or illegible serial number, DOT number or barcode number, and tires that have been lost or destroyed are also excluded from coverage.

Mounting, dismounting and balancing costs, damage to the vehicle or third parties, and other financial losses are also excluded.

For the complete list of exclusions, please refer to the HANKOOK365 Damage Guarantee Campaign Terms and Conditions.

If, following technical inspection, the damaged tire is confirmed to be beyond repair and the claim is approved under the guarantee, compensation will be calculated based on the original invoiced tire price excluding VAT and service costs.

The applicable compensation rate is determined according to the period between the purchase date of the damaged tire stated on the invoice and the date on which the damage claim form is submitted:

Time Period / Compensation Rate
01–30 days / 100%
31–120 days / 80%
121–180 days / 60%
181–270 days / 40%
271–365 days / 20%

Mounting, dismounting, balancing and other service costs are not included in the compensation calculation.

Once the damage claim has been approved, the customer will be notified by email of the assessment outcome and the approved compensation amount.

Approved compensation will be processed through the official sales partner of Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. from whom the tire was purchased.

To enable payment, the customer must issue an invoice for the exact approved compensation amount to the official sales partner from whom the tire was purchased. The sales partner will subsequently invoice the same amount to Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o.

Subject to receipt of the required invoice, payment to the eligible customer/end user will be made within 30–60 days following approval of the compensation claim.

A registered damage claim will be reviewed and verified within 15 business days, and the customer will be notified of the assessment result or current status by email.

As part of the assessment, Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o. may also request a physical inspection of the damaged tire within one month of a properly reported and registered claim.

You can also track the current status of your application via the “TRACK MY APPLICATION” section on the www.hankook365.com website. Simply search for your application using the email address provided in the invoice registration or damage claim form and the invoice number registered in the system.
