The Hankook365 Damage Guarantee campaign, offered by Hankook Tire Česká republika s.r.o., provides compensation support for unexpected, irreparable damage occurring to new (not retreaded or remoulded) truck and bus tires.
To benefit from the campaign, you must register your purchase on our website and, in the event of damage, submit your claim online.

Campaign Scope
The following cases are considered damage covered by the campaign.
- Punctures
- Cuts
- New (not retreaded or remoulded) tires that have become unusable.
- The following cases are not covered by the campaign.
- Damage caused by fire or hydrocarbons
- Misuse, incorrect mounting, wear and ageing
- Theft, vandalism, traffic accidents
- Natural disasters and force majeure
Compensation Rates
When your damage claim is approved, the compensation amount is determined at the following rates based on the tire purchase date and the date of the damage claim:

| 121 – 180 days | 60% |
| 181 – 270 days | 40% |
| 271 – 365 days | 20% |
Amounts are calculated based on the invoice value.
